SUMMARY:HTA Archery Instruction
DESCRIPTION:Keep an eye on the website\, days will be posted once the new y
ear's provincial calendar has become available...\n\nLimited space availab
le\, so book your coaching spot below\, sooner rather than later!\nInforma
tion about our archery instruction may be found here\n\nCosts: (payment on
the day in cash please)\n\nR140 per instructor per hour session plus\nR60
per person per hour session Club/range fee additional to the above.\n\nOn
ly book one session (hour) per person/booking.\nBUT: If you are booking fo
r two people for the same session then please include the second persons n
ame in the comment field when entering your booking...\nPlease take note o
f the following\nThe "Standby List" option is for those that miss the sess
ion bookings. This will be per instruction day and will not be carried ove
r to future days.\nIf there is a session with only one person\, or a cance
llation\, then those on the standby list will be allocated sessions on a f
irst-come first-serve basis.\nThe standby list is for single person sessio
n slots that may be available. Do not book a single ticket for more than o
ne person on the Standby List as slots would only be to fill a single pers
on space\, making a maximum of two people per coach (remember that you'd b
e on the standby list as time slots would have already been booked with at
least one person per coach).\nEven though you may select a preferred time
\, we cannot guarantee that specific time slot but if you absolutely canno
t make a time then please state as such in the comment field of the bookin
g.\nPlease understand that just because you're on the standby list does no
t mean that there will be a session slot available for you\, if you are al
located a slot you should receive a "booking confirmed" email else you sho
uld receive a "booking rejected" email if no slots are available...\n\nAcc
ess to booking a space below will open closer to the date...\nBookings for
coaching will only open at 09:00 the Monday preceding the coaching day\,
this is to allow a more fair opportunity for anyone to get a booking\, and
bookings close on the Friday at midday.\n
